When tropical storm Zeta blew through our area, we lost a very large portion of a tall poplar tree that hit our home. The tall tree was left with a very unstable and dangerous canopy that could easily have endangered both life and property. Earlier in the summer, Prime Arbor Tree Specialists had removed trees from a nearby neighbor and got a business card from Jose Vanegas with the company in case we needed tree service in the future. The morning after the large tree limbs fell, I called Jose. He came out immediately to check it out. He even checked our roof to see what damage was there. The tree trunk was approximately 125 inches in circumference at the ground and 120 feet tall, and the location required a crane to remove it. That was Thursday morning and early Saturday morning he had his crew and crane operator there to remove the damaged large tree. Within a few hours, the tree was gone and the yard was clean and undamaged. Jose even helped provide pictures and arborist documents for our insurance company. We were extremely pleased with Jose and his company and we highly recommend their services.

This is an incredible team! There was a mix-up in scheduling my tree removal that was very frustrating and left us getting stood up for our appointment more than once, but once I contacted the owner, it was rectified quickly and I was officially put back on the schedule. (Apparently there were other clients with my same last name and that confused the scheduling. There is a new employee over scheduling and there is always an adjustment period when it comes to a new job. I just took it as a good learning opportunity.) Regardless of that issue, this team was professional and did a fabulous job removing my very large, awkward pine tree that was leaning towards my house. The clean up was superb and even my neighbors complimented me on choosing such a wonderful company that did the job right and without cutting corners. You would never even know that a tree used to be there. I have already given this company's name to others who have told me they need tree work. I am more than impressed by the great service provided by Prime Arbor Tree Specialists. These guys were quick, methodical and a pleasure to work with. After our first round of tree removal, a few months later we had a storm roll through that dropped a tree on my fence line. This caused two other trees to lean dangerously close to my house. Dylan and his crew came out the next day to secure the situation and had everything removed within the week. He probably saved half my house. I am grateful. If you do use the service and you have tall trees, make sure you have a camera ready. I show ppl to this day how precise they fell. I highly recommend their service and would rate 10 stars if possible.

My husband and I highly recommend Prime Arbor Tree Specialists. My husband called on Friday, an appointment was made with Dylan for Monday morning and the crew came Tuesday around lunch. We had one dead tree very close to our house and a huge pine tree that had obvious beetle infestation. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. It was impressive to watch. This business will be on our list of reliable, trustworthy and hard working folks that we will call again without a moment’s hesitation!

Prime Arbor Tree Specialists was working in a neighbor's yard on a large tree removal and I stopped to ask if they could look at a tree in my backyard that had recently died. They agreed to look at the tree and provide an estimate after they completed the current job. Several hours later, they arrived and provided a reasonable price on removal. The tree was close to the house, and they tied the tree to control its fall so as to not cause any damage. I have used two other tree services in the past, and I was most impressed with this company and will use them again.

We used them last week to remove trees and stumps that were left by another tree company and some clean up work. They were very prompt and professional and cleaned up when they were done. Very pleased and will not only use them again, will recommend them to friends and neighbors.

Prime Arbor Tree Specialists has done projects for my company and for me personally. Each project was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. They are a great tree company!

Jose and his company are very efficient. They had told me the time 8:00 am but they were at my place by 7:40 for planning their strategy. I had three huge trees to get cut and one too close to my house. Jose and his friends very effectively and efficiently finished the whole job. I thought, it would take hours for them but they were done within few hours. They cut the trees, placed the logs where I needed them to be, thrashed some wood and also dropped the chips in a very neat pile. We had taken estimate from few other companies but his was very reasonable with a prompt service. After a few weeks, I needed his advice on a tree. I called and he showed up next morning. He is a committed guy with very professional attitude and great staff. I definitely recommend him.

Anthony and Jose are my go-to for tree services. I’ve worked with Anthony many times before and he always does exactly what he says. I can’t recommend them enough.

My most recent service was a tough task. I had multiple large trees on a sloped hill behind a retaining wall that I planned on keeping so the team had to carefully cut each tree precisely to not damage the wall.

I used Prime Arbor because of my long-time association with Anthony Ursache. Anthony is a true professional and has come to my aid during critical needs. Recently, I had a tree that was rotten, and Anthony confirmed the tree needed to be removed. I was out of town and Anthony was removing trees on my neighbor's property. Anthony called me when I was in Europe and went the extra mile to help secure HOA approval and a thorough job removing a large dead tree amongst other large trees. Only evidence was a large stump, which I requested not be removed.

Have given many referrals (rarely do) and all praise the quality of work, integrity, and professionalism of Anthony. One job required a crane to remove a large tree on a house.
